Here you can enter all general information for your tournament.
In the process tab you can proceed to the next tournament phases. Some phases will lock information or unlock additional configuration options.

For the ruleset you have two options, you can create your own rules set: just click on 'Use my own ruleset' and use the ruleset tab to specify it.
Or you can use a predefined ruleset from the rulesets published on this server. Just click on 'Use predefined ruleset' and select one from the dropdown.
These information will be directly visible for any coach who would like to attend the tournament.
Please select the dates of your tournament! If you have a one day tournament, select that day as start date and end date.
The day and the time for the rounds will only be relevant for the xml file which will be uploaded to the NAF. They will not be used within the tournament management!
In this area you can specify how a coach can register and which effects will take place if her registers.
On this page you can specify the ruleset.
You can specify different tiers with different rules.
If you are using your own ruleset, please make sure to finalize and publish it before the tournament starts.
If you are using a predefined ruleset, you can't change anything here.
Coaches will see the ruleset only if it is published or finalized.
Here you can give your ruleset a name and set the status of the ruleset.
If the name appears in red, this name has already been used, please select a different name.
You can also publish and finalize your rulest.
Rulesets can have 3 states
On this page you can manage the {{participants_squad_or_player}}s. This is only during the time before the tournament starts.
As soon as the tournament starts, the management of the {{participants_squad_or_player}}s is in the process tab. There you can activate or deactivate players.
In addition, the players by themselve can on this page deregister or register for the tournament and can setup up their roster or if it is a squad tournament, can setup their squad.
Click on Game in the Menu to return to your game!
Here you can manage your squad. Add players and remove players!
When setting up the squad members, they will get an invitation, which they have to accept in order to be part of the squad. As soon as they accepted the invitation, you will be able to see their roster and they will be able to see the rosters of the complete squad only when accepting.
