This website is currently under active development. You cannot host a complete tournament yet; this is a **testing phase** where new features are continuously being added.

You can create a tournament and players or Squads can register. Rules can be added.

We are currently working on the roster part. As soon as this is finished, players will be able to enter their roster and it will be checked against rules of the tournament.

General Tournament Settings

Information

Here you can enter all general information for your tournament.
In the process tab you can proceed to the next tournament phases. Some phases will lock information or unlock additional configuration options. For more information on that, please go to the process tab.

For the ruleset you have two options, you can create your own rules set: just click on 'Use my own ruleset' and use the ruleset tab to specify it.
Or you can use a predefined ruleset from the rulesets published on this server. Just click on 'Use predefined ruleset' and select one from the dropdown.

These information will be directly visible for any coach who would like to attend the tournament.

Please select the dates of your tournament! If you have a one day tournament, select that day as start date and end date.

Rounds

The day and the time for the rounds will only be relevant for the xml file which will be uploaded to the NAF. They will not be used within the tournament management!

Registration

In this area you can specify how a coach can register and which effects will take place if her registers.

These will be put onto the waiting list.
You will get an email with the naf nick of new register coaches.
Coaches will only appear in participants list after you have approved them.
Coaches who register will get the email specified below.

Ruleset {{ruleset_name}}

Information

On this page you can specify the ruleset. You can specify different tiers with different rules.
If you are using your own ruleset, please make sure to finalize and publish it before the tournament starts.
If you are using a predefined ruleset, you can't change anything here.
Coaches will see the ruleset only if it is published or finalized.

Name and release process of Ruleset

Here you can give your ruleset a name and set the status of the ruleset.
If the name appears in red, this name has already been used, please select a different name.
You can also publish and finalize your rulest.
Rulesets can have 3 states

  • draft - not available and not visible for other tournaments
  • published - available for other tournaments, but rules can still be changed by the creator of the ruleset.
  • finalized - this ruleset is available for everybody and can't be changed by the ruleset owner!

After changing your ruleset to finalized, it cant be modified.
You can make your ruleset public and then other tournaments can use your ruleset.

On this page you can manage the {{participants_squad_or_player}}s. This is only during the time before the tournament starts.
As soon as the tournament starts, the management of the {{participants_squad_or_player}}s is in the process tab. There you can activate or deactivate players.
In addition, the players by themselve can on this page deregister or register for the tournament and can setup up their roster or if it is a squad tournament, can setup their squad.

PROCESS OVERVIEW

In this phase, you are required to enter the fundamental information for the tournament. During this stage, the tournament will not be visible to coaches, and applications will not yet be possible.
The required information includes:
  • The date on which the tournament will take place {{date_icon}}
  • The city and country {{location_icon}}
  • The version of Blood Bowl {{version_icon}}
  • The typ of the tournament {{type_icon}}
  • The system of the tournament {{system_icon}}
  • The name of the tournament {{name_icon}}

Once this information has been submitted, you may proceed to the next phase. Please note that these details can no longer be modified afterwards. All other settings not listed above may still be adjusted in the subsequent phase.
In the next phase, coaches will be able to view the tournament and submit their registrations.
Coaches can now register for the tournament, but roster uploads are not yet allowed. For team tournaments, coaches may already register their teams.
In this phase, the following information must be provided and cannot be changed later:
  • Final ruleset {{ruleset_icon}}
  • Points for wins, draws, and losses {{wdl_icon}}
  • Number and duration of rounds {{rounds_icon}}
  • Tournament system {{system_icon}}
  • Tournament fee {{fee_icon}}

Once submitted, you may proceed to the next phase. All other settings not listed above can still be modified in the subsequent phase.
In the next phase, coaches will be able to submit their team rosters.
Coaches can still register to the tournament and they can now submit their team rosters. Roster submission is mandatory for participation in the tournament.
Once all rosters are marked compliant, you may advance to the next phase. If the tournament is a squad tournament, all squads must also be complete.
In this phase, the following conditions must be fullfilled before proceeding:
  • All rosters have to be compliant {{rosters_compliant_icon}}
  • Squads are complete {{squads_icon}}

After this phase is completed, no further registrations of user or roster changes may be made by a coach. You as the organizer will still be able to make changes.

Click on Game in the Menu to return to your game!

Here you can manage your squad. Add players and remove players!
When setting up the squad members, they will get an invitation, which they have to accept in order to be part of the squad. As soon as they accepted the invitation, you will be able to see their roster and they will be able to see the rosters of the complete squad only when accepting.

Configuration for tier {{tier_index}}
Here you can configure the different tiers of your tournament.
The budget is only to buy players, inducements, and stars.
To allow Starplayers for this tier click the checkbox below. You can later define which starplayers can be used and how many ssp or skills they cost. In general a Starplayer is only allowed if a team has already 11 players on the roster.
This will enable stars in this tier
For Bonus Skills, please select if you want to provide primary and secondary skill numbers or SPP
In this section you can specify the amount of SPP, Skills or Budget for Skills a team gets, and how much a Starplayer in general costs. Any costs for starplayers specified in the starplayer section under the tier section will come ontop.
If you selected 'BUDGET' above, the teams get a budget to buy skills for their players. Elite skills and stacking skills will also cost from this budget.
This section is used for all settings and rules for a tournament which cannot be covered by the settings above. If you would like to get any special rule for your tournament you can contact me via discord, search for 'narok' and we will add this rule. You can also just have a look at all already implemented rules and select them for your tournament. A page with all implemented rules can be found here.
